Is inevitable anymore that the QWERY cell phone design ala Blackberry and also the wide touch screen design ala iPhone have become the nowadays’ trend to date. Design
The design of this phone is not that different with LG GW525. The thing is, the body size of this phone feels pretty smaller. And also, the whole body of this phone is layered by glossy plastic material (which feels slippery), although it looks fancy, however, it’s also easy to get dirty and scratched by our finger prints.
The back side of this phone can be slide to open the QWERY keyboard. At all once, it can make the screen display change into the landscape mode (horizontal) and will activate the Create Message feature.
Interface and Functionality
Beside the QWERY buttons, in order to access the menu, you can also use the touch screen on the front side, which is a capacitive screen. It means the screen is more responsive by the finger touch. The screen itself is also equipped Samsung-exclusive Touch Wiz UI technology which in the form of widget and couple of menus display. The screen of this phone can also display virtual QWERY keyboard and numeric keypad.
Multimedia and Entertainment
Samsung Mobile B3410 is rolled out to the market bringing some multimedia features, from Music Player, Video Player and FM radio that can also record the live radio broadcast that you’re currently hearing. Not to mention the 2 MP camera. Besides to take photos, this camera can also record 15 fps video with the format of MP4 and with the optimize resolution of QVGA (320x240 pixels).
Connectivity
Samsung Mobile B3410 doesn’t forget to provide links to your favorite websites, such as: MySpace, Facebook, Flickr, Photobucket, Picasa, Friendster, Google Search and Gmail. There is also Palringo menu for those of you who love chatting. And for internet browsing, Samsung B3410 comes its own original browser that has a web support. Unfortunately, for internet connectivity, this cell phone only counts on EDGE and GPRS/EDGE.
