Proview and Apple Will Sit Together for an Agreement About iPad Trademark in China

There is no single doubt that the mother giant iPad is the most popular tablet on this planet. Even though it’s expensive, many people still want or even dream to buy it more that any Android tablet that spreads out around the tablet market these days. Unfortunately, despite the fact that most of components that are used to build the iPad are produced in China, Apple seems struggling really bad to sell iPad in China. The real reason why this happens to iPad is because the trademark of “iPad” has also been used by other company in China named Proview.

According to ComputerWorld, on the advice of the Higher People’s court of Guangdong Province in China, both sides will be planned to sit together in one room in order to make an agreement regarding the trademark of “iPad”, before the court finally makes the rules to control the use of “iPad” for both Apple and Proview.

If the agreement of both sides ends up in failure, then the court will finally be forced to take action by make the rules that might benefit both Apple and Proview, or even sadly, one of them.
