Is it True That Samsung GALAXY S III is Designed Based on Lawyers' Advices?

Seeing the increasing level of popularity and market share on Samsung’s smartphones and especially Android ecosystem as a whole, apparently, this really makes Apple become very jealous with this situation. Moreover, according to multiple sources, in the first quarter of 2012 (Q1), Samsung has managed to kick Apple’s butt from the top position, shipping around 46,9 million of smartphones, which is bigger than the 35,1 million units of iPhones that have been sold by Apple in the same quarter in 2012.

So you will be so familiar with the news around the net, newspapers or magazines about Apple suing Samsung over patent infringement cases in the past few months, which obviously shows how Apple really hates Samsung that much and all the popularity that Samsung has gained through its smartphones.

Is it True That Samsung GALAXY S III is Designed Based on Lawyers' Advices?
Samsung GALAXY S III
Anyway, Samsung’s newest pride, Samsung GALAXY S III had finally been revealed few days ago. And normally, it would take some time for Apple to begin its lawsuit adventure against Samsung GALAXY S III.

So obviously, Samsung doesn’t want to let what Apple did in the past to Samsung (i.e., suing Samsung over patent infringements on Samsung GALAXY S II) to happen again in the future. Especially when we all know that Samsung does really have high hopes with this Samsung "Next Galaxy" device.

Therefore, in order to avoid any future lawsuit from Apple to Samsung GALAXY S III, there is an increasing rumor that says that Samsung, coincidently, decides to design this device based on the advices from its lawyers. Is that true?

Well, guys at Android Police have several findings that support that statement.

If you see the design of Samsung GALAXY S III, obviously, it looks totally different than iPhone, right? It doesn’t have the black edition (only blue and white), every corner of this device fold differently, it comes with a plastic case cover, and many other design aspects that don’t resemble the design of iPhone. And interestingly, Samsung really addresses all the lawsuit issues that Apple uses to attack Samsung (especially on the design aspect) perfectly well on this Samsung GALAXY S III.

So the question is, what aspect is Apple gonna use next to sue Samsung if there is no violation found on the design of Samsung GALAXY S III over iPhone? Is it gonna be the User Interface? I don’t think so, since Touch Wiz UX looks differently attractive than the static boring User interface on iPhone. Well, I believe we can leave that question to the Apple’s lawyers then.
