Mass Effect: Infiltrator Released First on Google Play Store, not Apple App Store

It looks like, the industry of mobile game, to be exact, smartphone and tablet game, is starting to get bigger and bigger these days. The kind of industry that used to be underestimated as “only” an extra complement for real video game on consoles and PC, now can finally become the giant in its own field. With the invasions of many original console and PC games like Grand Theft Auto III,
Max Payne, FIFA, Resident Evil, Mass Effect and many more, to the mobile game platform, there is a possibility that mobile game industry can finally be as huge as console game industry in the future.

Anyway, a great news just arrived for those of you Android users out there. The next sequel of one of the most popular sci-fi third person shooter games called Mass Effect: Infiltrator is heading on its way to the smartphone app market, specifically to Google Play Store. Many people that used to be so familiar with this game on video game devices (i.e., consoles and PC), can now finally enjoy the excitement to play the next series of this game on their Android devices.

Mass Effect: Infiltrator is the next installment of its predecessor, Mass Effect 3. So it’s recommended that if you want to play the latest series of this game, you better play the previous one, as it will affect the storyline of Mass Effect 3 and Infiltrator.

In Mass Effect: Infiltrator, you play as infiltrator, in the third person viewing angle. The graphics are definitely top notch, since EA is really expert on this sector. And the gameplay itself is surprisingly smooth and the whole thing that you see in the game is really well polished by the developer.

Anyway, this game costs you $6.99 on Google Play Store, while on Apple App Store, this game is weirdly priced at $4.99, which is much cheaper than on Android market. The game weighs around 450MB, so you better download this one by using a WIFi connection with fast connection to avoid sudden disconnection when downloading the game.

It’s also worth mentioning that Mass Effect: Infiltrator surprisingly made its debut first on Google Play Store, which is quite rare, instead of Apple App Store. So this is kind of a great sign that Android is finally seen by game developers as equally stronger with the Apple iOS platform.
