New Rumors of Google Nexus 7 Specs: $199 for the 8GB Model and $249 for the 16GB Variant

Apparently, there has been misunderstanding regarding the release date of

Google Nexus 7

tablet because new rumor has it again that this Google own tablet which is made by Asus will not be launched in December this year (altogether with the other rumored 5 new Google Nexus smartphones). Instead, this tablet allegedly will arrive much sooner than that, specifically in upcoming months and will probably get announced at the recent event held by Google called Google I/O (input/output) conference on June 27th, which is still 2 days away.

Another recent news about

Google Nexus 7 just arrived a while ago and it came from the leaked training document of Gizmodo Australia

. According to that document, all the things about Google Nexus 7 specs that have been predicted before, it looks like, they will come to realization.

New Rumors of Google Nexus 7 Specs: $199 for the 8GB Model and $249 for the 16GB VariantIn that document, it contains some specs that perfectly match with our expectation from the previous leaked of Google Nexus 7 specs that we already knew before.

From the 7-inch iPS screen with 1280x800 pixel screen resolution, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean pre-installed, 1.3GHz quad-core Tegra 3 chip and some other newly revealed specs, such as: nVidia Geforce 12-core GPU for the graphical performance, 1GB of RAM, 8GB or 16GB internal storage (likely without microSD card slot), 1.2MP front-facing camera without rear-facing camera (you remember? In order to keep the price of this tablet low), 9 hour battery life, WiFi a/b/g/n and NFC (Near Field Communications) support with Google Wallet.

New Rumors of Google Nexus 7 Specs: $199 for the 8GB Model and $249 for the 16GB VariantAnd about the price of Google Nexus 7 tablet. What Did People Get From Paying $900 to Enter the Google’s I/O Conference?

At the Apple’s WWDC conference held few weeks ago or so, people that came into that event must pay a staggering $1.600 if they wanted to get the ticket to enter the “show”. And what did they get? The one and only, the announcement of iOS 6 (hurray!!). And yesterday, at the

Google I/O conference

, people who wanted to enter into that tech-related event must pay $900. And what did these people get from Google?

Okay, prepare yourself to be jealous because each of people who came at Google I/O conference was given 1 FREE Google Nexus 7 tablet, 1 FREE Galaxy Nexus phone and 1 FREE Nexus Q (anyway, Nexus Q is an Android device in the form of ball that can connect all the content from the cloud, your account, the Google Play and stream them all to your home stereo or HDTV in your house). So I will let you be the judge to decide which conference is worth with the money they’ve spent on the tickets? WWDC or

Google's I/O conference

?

What Did People Get From Paying $900 to Enter the Google’s I/O Conference?

Anyway, in the conference that was visited by over 6.000 attendees, all the people there that mostly are developers, should be grateful because they came at the best ever event. And the $900 they’ve spent to get the entrance ticket is totally worth it with the awesome gifts they’ve got.

I can tell you that at the next Google I/O conference, I bet many of those guys and girls there will be considering to come again to the that event, of course, it’s because they know what they will get from the tech giant.

Maybe 1 FREE Google Nexus car? Who knows.
