Samsung GALAXY S III Doesn’t Break its Promise. The Next Galaxy Phone Almost Reaches 10 Million Units Sold

Yeah, just like what people have been predicting before (okay, I think I’ve been using this sentence quite often and it seems like, people are all psychic here) that the

Samsung GALAXY S III

, will be one freaking hot and popular smartphone in town, is about to come to realization. In the recent months, we all, especially many Android enthusiasts, have been made believed with a claim made by Samsung that the “Next Galaxy” phone has been pre-ordered by 9 million customers all around the world (not including the US). And apparently, that claim proved is not a false claim from Samsung just to exaggerate the sales of Samsung GALAXY S III because that claim turns out right this time.

According to recent report from Samsung Telecommunication chief JK Shin, the 10 million sales mark of

Samsung GALAXY S III is about to surpass some time next month

. With this impressive result, Samsung’s new GALAXY smartphone is also on the verge to break the sales record of 2 predecessors, Samsung GALAXY S that has sold over 24 million units within 2 years since its first launch and the Samsung GALAXY S II that has sold over 28 million units in just 1 year.

Samsung GALAXY S III Doesn’t Break its Promise. The Next Galaxy Phone Almost Reaches 10 Million Units SoldWhat makes this result amazing is because as many of you already know, Samsung GALAXY S III has just launch in less than a month, specifically on May 29th. And even more amazing is that the US carriers just released this “Next Galaxy” phone in the US on June 21st, which was 5 days ago.

On the other hand, this can be a difficult task for Apple (although it’s definitely attainable), when it finally launches its new iPhone 5 in upcoming months because if the iPhone 5 proved doesn’t bring some significant improvements compared to the predecessors, then probably some of its even loyal fans will likely give up their old iPhones and find something new that can make them “fit in” in the recent trend that is currently going on in smartphone world.
