Samsung GALAXY S III has reached over 9 million preorders all over the world (
not including the US)? If you do remember with that report, apparently, Samsung’s representative didn’t lie about its claim.According to recent report,
Samsung GALAXY S III apparently has been sold for almost 6.5 million units
and this might surprise you even more because that “6.5 million” number is actually only slated in the second quarter of this year alone. This report was brought by an analyst from JP Morgan, by the way.Well, this will absolutely activate the red alarm in Apple’s headquarter and push the release date of the next iPhone 5 much faster than it’s expected before its popularity is eaten much further by “The Next Galaxy” phone.
With the next arrival of Samsung GALAXY Note 2 is also on the verge in the near months, then it’s possible that Samsung will cause a much bigger damage in the sales of Apple’s iPhone when the “Note 2” finally launches to the market.
Actually, the proof is already there for us to know. Based on the same report from JP Morgan’s analyst, from March to June alone, Samsung reportedly has been selling over 50 million units of smartphones, and that number manages to top the sales of iPhones with its 30 million units sold.
So it looks like, the possibility of Samsung’s smartphone straddling the Apple’s iPhone is becoming more real this time. So we should wait and see whether this will happen or not when the new iPhone finally launches to the market.
