RUMOR: The New iPhone 5 Will Have 4G LTE Connectivity, 1GB or RAM and NFC Feature

The arrival of new iPhone 5

no doubt has been one of the most exciting moments for some people in the entire tech-related industry. They all wait excitedly for this device to finally come out and show its face to the world.

Many Apple fans just can’t wait for much longer to finally upgrade their older iPhones with the newer ones. On the other hand, for many people in Android community,

the launch of iPhone 5 is considered as the judgment day

, whether this smartphone will earn respect from Android enthusiast or otherwise, will gain massive critics (once again) just like what already happened in the past to iPhone 4 that suffered an antenna issue.

RUMOR: The New iPhone Will Have 4G LTE Connectivity, 1GB or RAM and NFC FeatureAnyway, after hearing some previous rumor regarding the new iPhone 5, now another rumor is floating up to the surface again. According to multiple reports, this six generation of iPhone is predicted will be equipped with 4G LTE connectivity and also, the standard amount of RAM in older iPhones, which is 512MB, is said will also get upgraded to 1GB. Not to mention, the new iPhone is believed will come with NFC feature, which can be handy for doing mobile payment.

Meanwhile, there are also some reports saying that the production of iPhone 5 hasn’t even begun yet by Apple. But according to the source from BGR, the new iPhone will begin the production phase after the units go through a series of “engineering verification tests” (EVT) and “design verification tests” (DVT) phase.

Apparently, Apple doesn’t want to rush things off with this latest generation iPhone. The logical explanation for this is maybe because Apple doesn’t want to do the same exact mistake just like it did on iPhone 4 (Remember, the antenna issue?). So probably, you also won’t be seeing the prototype of iPhone 5 being left again by Apple’s employee at the bar for the second time.

After Verizon, AT&T Will Also Block Staff Vacation on September 21st – 30th for the new iPhone 5 Launch

Earlier before, we’ve already heard the news saying that Verizon Wireless has blocked its staff vacation from September 21st until September 30th that many believe is the sign that something “big” will happen or will be introduced by Verizon at that time. And that something “big” is predicted will be the launch of the

new iPhone 5

.

After Verizon, AT&T Will Also Block Staff Vacation on September 21st – 30th for the new iPhone 5 LaunchAnd apparently, the sign of

new iPhone 5’s arrival is getting much clearer now because one other carrier

, AT&T reportedly will also follow Verizon’s move to block employee vacation also the same exact timeframe that Verizon is using, which is from September 21st - 30th.

The speculation of new iPhone 5 has been pretty exciting to follow in the past few months. From the decision of Apple to change the supply parts of iPhone 5 from Apple’s usual OEM, Samsung, to Sharp and other OEMs really gives an indication how the rivalry between Apple and Samsung is getting fiercer than before, heading to become long term enemies, especially given the fact that some of Samsung’s smartphones have been helping Samsung to surpass Apple in sold units of its pride iPhone, hence gaining the biggest share in the US smartphone market.

And it looks like, the competition between these 2 juggernauts will become much much sharper because Apple just recently won the patent war against Samsung, which resulted in Samsung losing $1 billion to Apple, pretty huge chunk of money for just a patent war, huh?

With Samsung preparing to launch Samsung GALAXY Note 2 on August 29th, which is around 12 days of iPhone 5’s launch date, then Samsung will seek a revenge by stealing Apple’s thunder in launching its iPhone 5, which could lead Samsung to steal iPhone 5’s sales in the market since the predecessor, Samsung GALAXY Note 1 has been selling well in the market.

So we should wait and see who’s gonna win between these 2 juggernauts.
