Earlier before, we just heard that HTC would show off its new Android smartphone at the near IFA event tomorrow. The new HTC’s device that was suspected by many people before that it would be named as HTC Proto, apparently will be introduced by HTC as

HTC Desire X instead

Part of the reason why HTC Desire X is picked up as the name for this new phone is because this device looks similar with HTC Desire V, which would make it the predecessor.

HTC Desire X will have a 4.0-inch WVGA Super LCD screen on the front

, Android Ice Cream Sandwich, 1GHz processor, 5MP camera with auto-focus support and backside illuminated sensor for better low-light condition when taking photos, 4GB of internal storage on board, microSD card slot to upgrade the storage and the 1.650mAh battery that luckily is a removable one.
