LG Optimus G Specs Revealed: Coming to IFA Event on August 31st

As a company that doesn’t really have a quite significant share in smartphone market, the bravery of LG to challenge Samsung’s recent pride, Samsung GALAXY S3 with its own new powerful flagship,

LG Optimus G

, certainly deserves a respect. Having been armed with 4.7-inch True HD IPS + display that has screen resolution of 768 x 1280 pixels, 320 Adreno GPU, quad-core processor, 13MP camera and 2GB of RAM, will surely make LG Optimus G an equal rival for Samsung GALAXY S3.

Earlier before, we’ve already seen the look of

LG Optimus G through a leaked photo that has been spreading out across the net

. And to be honest, this phone is looking good. And then after that, we’ve also heard another news saying that the technology used on this phone’s screen is said will have a capability to help streamline the use of energy on the battery, which means, the battery life of this phone would last longer compared to any AMOLED-equipped smartphone around the market.

After knowing some of specs of LG Optimus G before, recently, we got more details about the specs and other stuff of this phone. According to reports, LG Optimus G will come with 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro APQ8004 quad-core processor, LTE connectivity, 2GB of RAM, 13MP rear-facing camera, 1.3MP camera on the front, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (hopefully with the sooner upgrade to Jelly Bean) and 2100mAh battery that will power the device, which is why LG is so confident that LG Optimus G will last longer than any smartphone around the market.

LG Optimus G is said will roll out in September in Korea, with Japan is the next destination in October via NTT Docomo or via L-01E in November. This phone will be sold in Japan in 2 different colors, black and red. Globally, people will get their chances to own this phone later this year.
